Oil-fired steam boiler is a steam boiler with fuel oil (such as diesel) as fuel. It is divided into vertical fuel steam boiler and horizontal fuel steam boiler.
With multiple protections:
(1) Boiler water level protection
The boiler supporting one to two plate-type water level gauges should be frequently compared with each other. If any indication is found to be inconsistent, it must be corrected immediately. The water level gauge should be flushed every shift to determine its true water level. It is also equipped with a water level electrode rod, which can accurately collect the water level signal to issue an alarm or control the water pump.
(2) Steam pressure protection
☆ Pressure controller: Select a high-sensitivity pressure controller to output high and low pressure signals to electrical switches, and perform automatic control or chain protection on other control circuits. The pressure controller and the electric contact pressure gauge can be used to make the steam pressure overpressure alarm; the pressure controller can adjust the single fire or double fire combustion according to the actual operating pressure.
☆ Safety valve: The safety valve is the last line of defense in boiler protection. When the boiler pressure exceeds the limit, according to the calibrated pressure provided by the safety valve design, the exhaust steam is released to ensure the normal operation of the boiler.
(3) Flameout protection
The imported burner has a flameout protection device. Its function is to detect the combustion situation. When the ignition fails or the combustion is extinguished midway, the burner immediately closes the oil (gas) solenoid valve. At this time, the blower continues to run to purge the remaining combustible gas in the furnace. After 20 to 30 seconds of blowing, the blower and various auxiliary power sources are automatically cut off, and the boiler stops running.
(4) Self-locking protection during power failure
In the event of a sudden power interruption, the boiler operation immediately shuts down and self-locks. If the current returns to power, the boiler will not start at any time. It must be reset to release the self-lock to restart the ignition.
