HVP series pressurized fuel oil and gas steam boilers
use European-style central flashback technology (co.188) to ensure efficient and thorough fuel combustion, improve combustion utilization and save energy. It is mainly composed of the following parts: pot, furnace tube, front smoke chamber, smoke pipe, rear smoke chamber, burner, etc. When the boiler is in operation, the burner is first ignited, the fuel enters the combustion chamber, and burns under positive pressure. The flame reaches the bottom of the furnace, and then the high-temperature flue gas returns to the front of the furnace. It enters the flue tube bundle with built-in turbulence through the front smoke box. The low-temperature flue gas after sufficient heat exchange passes through the rear smoke box to the flue gas outlet.
3G series boiler body structure adopts "three-return full wet back" structure. The large evaporation area, improved heat transfer surface, and large furnace diameter ensure high efficiency, low NOx emissions and low heat load on the heating surface and other structural parts, and all steel surfaces through which the flue gas flows are heating surfaces. When the boiler is in operation, the burner is first ignited, the fuel enters the combustion chamber, and burns under positive pressure. The flame reaches the bottom of the furnace, and then the high-temperature flue gas flows through the flue tube bundle with the built-in turbulence bar to the front smoke box. SZS series boiler adopts D-type structure with double drum arrangement. The boiler is arranged on a steel chassis as a whole, and the upper and lower drums are arranged longitudinally with a convection tube bundle in between and a steel tube economizer at the tail. The front wall, rear wall, side walls and two middle partition walls of the boiler adopt membrane water-cooled walls. The furnace has a slight positive pressure, which strengthens the combustion and improves the heat exchange efficiency. The burner is arranged vertically on the front wall of the furnace. The convection tube bundle between the upper and lower pots and the pot are welded, which belongs to natural circulation. Water cycle is a typical high reliability structure of natural circulation. It has a high degree of self-compensation and automatic distribution of rising and falling proportions, so the water cycle is safe and reliable. The size of the furnace is wide and long, the volume of the furnace is large, the heat load of the furnace volume is low, and the furnace with the membrane wall structure reduces the heat dissipation loss of the boiler, thereby ensuring the evaporation heating surface of the boiler and sufficient convection tube bundles. The convection heating area of the boiler is ensured, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is effectively improved.
The complete set of WDR series electric boilers occupy a small area. No chimney or fuel slag stacking place is required. The products are assembled and shipped out of the factory. At the scene, just connect the power supply, water pipes, and you can put them into operation. It can greatly save infrastructure investment and installation costs.
